Short, readable, and honest about what this service does and does not promise. KeStatus is operated by Romrek Solutions, an independent business in Kenya.

What this service is

KeStatus publishes the result of HTTP requests our own servers make to websites and online services, together with reports submitted by people using those services. It is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any service we monitor, and a reading here is not a statement by the operator of that service.

Service names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify what is being checked.

No warranty, and what that means in practice

Status information is provided as-is, best-effort, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. A probe can be wrong: a service can be reachable from our network and broken from yours, or blocked by a bot wall we cannot see behind. Alerts are not guaranteed to be delivered, complete, or timely. Do not rely on this site as the only channel for a decision that matters — a payment cut-off, a regulatory filing deadline, or anything with a financial or legal consequence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romrek Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this site or reliance on its readings or alerts.

Using the site and the API

  • Reading public status pages is free and needs no account.
  • Do not use automated requests in a way that degrades the service for others. Public endpoints are rate-limited, and limits may change.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the operator console, the database, or another person's account.
  • Reports you submit are yours. Don't submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or an attempt to manipulate a status reading (for example, repeated false reports). We may disregard reports that look automated or coordinated.
  • An account may be suspended if it is used to attack, scrape at volume, or mislead.

How this site is funded

Advertising and partner links may appear on public pages. Every ad slot is labelled Advertisement, partner links carry rel="sponsored", and neither is ever placed inside an alert, the operator console, an account page, or an email. Advertising never changes a status reading. See the privacy page for the details and how to opt out of personalised advertising.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, its text and its software are proprietary, © 2026 Romrek Solutions. All rights reserved; no licence is granted except the right to read the public pages. One historical exception, stated plainly: the initial public release of this software (commit eaaa773f) was published under the MIT licence and remains governed by it; every revision after that commit is proprietary.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms or the service itself; the date below shows when this page last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
